The firm advised our client, a New York based private investment management firm, in the purchase of the warehouse which is located at 2201 NW 24th Avenue, Miami, FL. The property sits within the Allapattah industrial district, one of Miami’s hottest industrial markets. The Allapattah neighborhood sits west of Wynwood and east of Miami International Airport.
The Property features approximately 4,500 Sq. Ft. of office space with a two-story showroom and sits on a half-acre lot. Our New York based client was looking to expand its footprint in the South Florida area and did just that with the purchase of the property.
The transaction took nearly three months of work by the firm’s attorneys. The firm advised the client regarding title matters, due diligence matters, and handled all the legal aspects of the sale both pre and post-closing.
